Arnica absolute is thick and sticky, more than molasses. It is usually used in alcohol as a rub. My friend Al uses it in body work and has a great method. A dab on the finger applied to the body and a few drops of Ylang (a euphoric and helpful in treating pain) or Lavender or a Hazelnut base oil in the same place. The manual work of the massage or rub does the diluting right there, no waste and great transdermal absorption.
A concentrate used for making liniments and rubs for bruises, sprains and rheumatic pain. Is an anti-inflammatory, decongestant and stimulant. Used as an inhalant for respiratory congestion and as an immune stimulant.
