The flowers of the Plumeria tree emit a very strong and pervasive scent. Sweet and heavy like so many tropical flowers. Slightly fruity and dusty smelling. Primarily used in perfumes. Because it is a solid, I would suggest an alcohol based perfume or a solid perfume.
